Faith, Friendship, Fun—and Lots of Adventure!
First Presbyterian Church of Granbury offers both Winter and Summer Vacation Bible School (VBS) right here in Granbury at our Fellowship Hall. Whether your family has been part of our church community for years or you are joining us for the very first time, VBS is a wonderful opportunity for children to grow in faith, make new friends, discover God’s love, and experience the joy of learning and serving together.
VBS is typically held for three to five days, with sessions lasting approximately two to three hours each day. Meals are provided, and every day is filled with opportunities for children in preschool (4 years old and potty trained through 5th grade), to learn, create, sing, pray, dance, and make new friends.
Children receive workbooks and enjoy theme music, action songs, crafts, prayer, and activities connected to the VBS theme. Each day begins with the children together before they divide into age-appropriate groups led by trained volunteers.
